Today let’s look at how you can lengthen your sides for taller, more effortless alignment and improved connection, balance and efficiency in your partner dancing.

In this video, I lead you through a novel exercise to find more space between each pair of ribs and in your waist—that is, between the bottom of your rib cage and the top of your pelvis.
